Bayview Central Curlewis has recently welcomed a new 24 /7 Supercare Pharmacy to the growing commercial hub.

Curlewis Pharmacy 4 Less is now one of seven pharmacies across Victoria open 24 hours a day with a nurse on site from 6pm-10pm daily. The free nursing service will assist the growing residential Curlewis population with physical assessment, treatment for minor wounds and illnesses, immunisations, sexual advice and referrals.

It also gives people on the Bellarine an alternative to going into Geelong’s busy emergency department for minor injury or illness.

The development and opening of the new Supercare Pharmacies was a State Government election commitment to provide round-the clock access to pharmacists for advice, supply of medicines and dispensing prescriptions.  The Supercare Pharmacy does not replace doctors, but give families on the Bellarine Peninsula another option and the peace of mind of knowing 24-hour care is closer to home.

The Supercare Pharmacy is complemented by the Curlewis Medical Centre next door. The Medical Centre has onsite pathology (St John of God Pathology Collection Centre) and can offer bulk billing. With multiple doctors on site, the Medical Centre is open from Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday & Sunday from 10am to 3pm. Residents can call 03 5251 6763 or make an appointment online here
