The Bellarine Peninsula is proving to be a hot bed of investment activity. With projected strong population growth over the next 15-20 years, the Curlewis Growth Area in particular is seeing significant investment.
In June we heard of the announcement of the sale of the Curlewis Golf Course to local business owners David and Lyndsay Sharp. The Sharps also own Flying Brick Cider, Leura Park Estate and Jack Rabbit Vineyard.
With a sale price of $3.7 million, there is further commitment to a $1 million upgrade to the course and a possible accommodation development.
